平板集热器参数
1、出口型集热器
边框：着色铝合金，厚度1.5mm；（颜色可调，样品为茶色，机械强度 ≥270N/mm2；）
板芯：全紫铜，母管Φ25×0.6，子管Φ12×0.45；
涂层：镀黑铬，吸收率95～96%，发射率10%；
盖板：4mm钢化玻璃
（强度：抗冲击力：1kg钢球自1米高自由落体下降，玻璃不破损）；
保温：30mm厚岩棉（背部），25mm聚乙烯（侧部）；
背板：0.5mm镀锌板；
条带焊接：超声波；
盖板密封条：PVC橡塑；
密封圈：耐高温橡胶（三元乙丙）；

集热器出厂试压9kgf/cm2，超声波条带焊接，不改变材料性质，导热系数不发生变化。

3. The coating: electroplating chrome black, absorptive is 95%-98%, emittance is 10%
4. cover plate: Tuflite Glass with 4mm thickness,( strength< resistance>:1kg of
steel ball free fall from 1 meter ,and the glass is not breakage.)
